The aim of the project is to design and create one of the most progressive telemedicine applications in the world. This solution will be an intelligent cognitive system which, thanks to the implementation of computational intelligence solutions through multidimensional analysis of records containing multilevel patient profiles, will provide results that will support a doctor in the process of treating psychiatric patients.

Relaxation is one method of dealing with distress and anxiety. One of the behavioral techniques is the so-called safe place where we focus in our imagination and which allows us to distance ourselves from the distress and anxiety we experience.
Application for conducting correct respiratory relaxation based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Thanks to the proprietary solution, the user can observe his or her breathing on the smartphone screen and, using a microphone-headset set, synchronize his breathing with the model breath. Relaxation lasts 6 minutes, at the end the user receives a message about the level of synchronization, which is a measure of correctly performed relaxation. The application also allows you to easily assess the severity of stress before and after respiratory relaxation, which allows the user to monitor their well-being.
The life-APP application is used for self-management of anxiety and sleep disorders with the use of digital form of biological treatment.
It includes a modern form of respiratory relaxation, which allows you to synchronize your own breath with a pattern breathing, and two kinds of phono-therapy - modern music therapy, in which therapeutic frequencies are used to calm anxiety or facilitate sleep.
Prof Marek Krzystanek and Blazej Domagała are involved in the development of the new chat-BOT project. The medical application (BOT CBT VR) is built according to an originally designed treatment protocol, based on the model of prolonged and gradual exposure to a phobic situation.
The medical chat-BOT is being built according to the originally designed treatment protocol. The primary therapeutic algorithm will rigidly define the architecture of subsequent trainings. Based on the collected information, the system will optimize the conditions of the conducted exposure, increasing the intensity of visual and sound stimuli and extending or shortening the exposure time. Planned completion date: 2021. Financing: Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
